As a family, wedding, couple, and portrait photographer, my focus is to immortalize timeless memories that evoke a deep sense of nostalgia. I grew up in Amsterdam, travelling all throughout Europe with my family. There is a wooden bookshelf and matching chest in my childhood home, and both are stuffed to the gills with albums charting our own personal history that we wrote together. There is something so special about that feeling you get when holding those small time-travelling pieces of paper in your hands. I want to make those for people.

I have a love for all things documentary, cinematic, and natural. I get excited to work with people that value the same. I am always looking for ways to capture more than just a visual moment. I look for the feeling of a specific time or place, what exists between stages. My images embrace the passing of time, but also fight against it - refusing to let these moments dissolve.
